A. What material is used on the furniture?

Pure aluminum is used on our furniture, recycled aluminum furniture is far inferior in quality and appearance. You cannot achieve the same attractive finish with recycled material. The aluminum will contain impurities which could affect the durability and life expectancy of the furniture.

 

B. Is the furniture made of aluminum tubular or cast aluminum?

Most of our furniture is made of solid cast Aluminum, Tubular is much lighter and less robust

 

C. Are the chairs welded or do you have to bolt them together? 

Both versions are available with us, usually assembled chairs are little cheaper than full assembled and could save some in sea freight. But best selling with us is welded ones.

 

D. How long is the guarantee?  

All items could be ganranteed for 2 years for furnishing. Some of the large tables could offer 5 years guarantee.  (Excludes cushions and parasols)

 

E. Is choice of seat pads included?

Optional cushion and covers are available with us.

 

F. Is stainless steel hardware used for the set?

Yes, usually stainless steel hardware is used on our cast aluminum furniture.

Care and Maintenance instruction

1.This product is made to a high standard andsuitable for indoor or outdoor use.

2.To maintain the original appearance as long as possible never use abrasive, acidic or caustic cleaning materials on any part of your furniture.

3.It is rust free products with less maintenance for outdoor use. 

4.The painted surface of the frames of the furniture require minimal maintenance, however, any scratches should be painted with the touch-up kit if supplied, or another suitable paint
